The Wyman Park Dell Master Plan Steering Committee engaged local
landscape architecture firm Mahan Rykiel Associates to lead the local community in developing a Master Plan for Wyman Park Dell. The master plan process
was been grounded in community-based planning from beginning to completion and we are proud that the surrounding communities and institutions have been
involved. The master plan was presented on behalf of the Steering Committee by Ms. Mary Porter of the Department of Recreation and Parks to the Baltimore
City Commission for Historical and Architectural Preservation (CHAP) on August 15, 2006. We are pleased to announce that the master plan was approved, with
the exception of two items.
